IOS Developer with Xamarin experience.

Location: Minneapolis

Duration: 6+ month



*Responsibilities*

   - Design and build new *native mobile applications* for the
   *iOS platform*
   - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
   - Collaborate with business and IT teams to define, design, develop and
   launch new features
   - Identify and correct bottlenecks and *fix bugs*
   - Help maintain *code quality, organization, and automatization*
   - Support the business with other *ad hoc development* needs

*Qualifications*

   - 5+ years of experience in application development with 2+ years of
   experience in *iOS mobile application development.*
   - Experience with *iOS frameworks* such as Core Data, Core Animation,
   etc.
   - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
   - Familiarity with *RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications* to
   back-end services
   - Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface
   guidelines
   - Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
   - Experience using tools such as *Xamarin *to write native iOS, Android
   or Windows apps with native user interfaces and share code across multiple
   platforms.
      - 3+ years of experience with *C#* and *Visual Studio* highly
      preferred
   - Familiarity with *cloud message APIs* and push notifications
   - Knack for benchmarking and optimization
   - Resourceful and willing to learn new technology
   - Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical
   Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field
   (such as CIS or IT) from a four-year college or university.
