*Role: *MSCRM Consultant *Domain*: Money Transfer *Work Location:* Minneapolis *Duration of contract *: 6+ Months *Years of Experience:* 8 Years *Detailed JD * · Leads customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide functional (application, domain, industry) differentiation to the relationship. · Should be able to steer discussions towards constructive and least cost solutions on MSCRM · Experienced with Microsoft CRM customizations and Configuration, Sitemap, Writing jScripts, Developing/Registering plug-ins, workflows and dialogs, SDK, importing data and CRM Deployment Manager · Able to provide thought leadership with his/her knowledge of MSCRM application · Should have Experience of Microsoft CRM 2011 upgrade to CRM 2015 · Understands not just his/her domain area, but carries good understanding of all cross-linked domains to be able to independently understand interlinkages, interdependencies and devise solutions that that are cost and effort optimal · Should have excellent documentation skills, very good interpersonal skills · Should be able to manage configuration of MSCRM modules, be able to liaison with customer teams to glean relevant information through discussions and dialogue · Should be able to work with a culturally diverse group, able to adopt different styles needed · Should be able to plan work for self and team, and effectively representing them through planning tools · Should be able to leverage his industry experience and his/her MSCRM skills to engage with customer’s business leads, able to work with them and lead and guide the project into effective solutions. · Should take Lead for customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide technical differentiation to the relationship. · Should have excellent background on MSCRM 2011 to 2015, with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape · Able to provide Architecture solution for MS CRM implementation · Understands and should be able to articulate best practices related to application enhancement/customizations, integration with other applications are must. · Should have strong Communication and inter-personal skills *Mandatory skills* MS CRM 2011/2013/2015, SQL Server, SSRS Reporting, MS CRM Customizations (Plugin, Javascripts, Workflows), .Net Good to have skills Integrations with Outlook, SAP, Yammer and other third party components.
