*Position : SAP HR * *Location : Creve Coeur, MO* Duration: 12+ Months Interview : Phone / Skype (Face to Face if Locals) Job Description • Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management). • Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. • Provides ongoing ERP system support. • May be involved in the requirements definition and software vendor selection phase. • Usually requires 5 to 10 years of previous experience. • The IT HR Core and Shared Services team is responsible for providing support and delivering project work for Monsanto’s HR function. • Primary focus areas for a Business Analysts consist of analysis, design, and implementation of solutions in SAP ERP personal administration, organization management, compensation, security and vendor data management (data interfaces, such as outsourced benefits information). • This position functions as a liaison between client and other IT functions, such as application development, security, and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities • Support HR compensation, benefit and other HR core functionalities. Engage with HR and developers to bring timely resolutions to meet compliance and/or new business requirements. • Develop Functional Design Specs (FDS) with full understanding of SAP HR module • Utilize the SAP ERP platform (personal administration, organization management) to support HR clients to resolve operational issues and utilize expert knowledge to deliver future enhancements (SAP PA/OM configuration). • Build partnership with HR and other IT functions like application developers, security, and infrastructure to resolve daily support issues. • Be highly effective in a team environment by leveraging expertise of others to contribute to continuous process improvements through use of best practice solutions. Job Requirement • 2-3 years of working knowledge of the SAP HR module • SAP HR ERP – PA/OM/Compensation/Security modules • Windows skills • Database Knowledge • SAP ChaRM • Possess superior analytical skills and be able to think through complex, multidimensional problems. • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in team communication and working as an effective team member. • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and the ability to work independently in a changing business environment. • Able to identify system solutions as well as communicate functional design specifications to vendor or other internal IT resources. • Have a strong customer focus and able to build and maintain effective relationships. • Be results oriented and able to drive issue resolution. • Have a BA/BS in computer science or business degree or equivalent experience.
