*Network Engineer*

*Rate : $50/hr.*

*Location : Burbank, CA*

*6 month contract*

*ONLY GC, USC*





Responsible for the development and maintenance of network communications.
Uses knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN/WiFi systems to help design and install
internal and external networks. Tests and implements network systems to
eliminate problems and make improvements. Requires a bachelors degree and
at least 8 years of experience in the field. This role must be well versed
with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers,
multilayer switches, WiFi, network security devices and network management
systems. Possesses one or more industry standard certifications including
CCNA, CCNP, etc. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts,
practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work
of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must be
familiar with managed services concepts within an outsourcing environment.
Reports to a manager.

Must demonstrate advanced enterprise level skills in LAN/MAN/WAN, WiFi and
LAN facilities provisioning.



Additional Requirements

These 2 positions required "expert level" LAN/MAN/WAN/WiFi experience at
the corporate enterprise level. Demonstrated, hands on experience with
Catalyst and Nexus switches, ASR and Catalyst routing, and controller based
WiFi provisioning is required. These positions are largely "be there" jobs,
thus candidates must reside within 1 hr commute of Burbank CA. These are
CTH positions. "Casual" WFH may be allowed after conversion, however for
the contract period, daily on site presence is required.
