*Role : ETL testers* *Location : Clinton, NJ * *Interview : Phone/Skype* *Duration : Long Term* *Role Description: * Create test cases based on business and technical requirements · Execute test cases · Research defects, perform root cause analysis and communicate findings to test team and QA Lead · Attend requirements meetings as needed · Facilitate meetings and provide project status reports if Test Lead is not available. · Assist in the mentoring of QA Lead · Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle or Project Development Life Cycle preferred · Assist test lead in test plan and/or test estimate document creation Provide back up to the QA Test Lead regarding meeting facilitation and reporting as needed Competencies Assurance : Data Warehouse BI Testing *Essential Skills:* · Understanding of data warehouse concepts required · Experience with source to target mappings and business rules required · Understanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) process, transformation logic required · Advanced SQL skills required · Knowledge of DataStage required · Familiarity with software testing concepts: regression testing, negative testing, White Box v.
