- 5+ years people IT Management experience
- 5+ years' work experience in fast-paced, multi-site, service oriented
environment.
- *Hands on technical expertise multiple IT related fields including:*
- MS Active Directory, MS Windows Server and Desktop OS, MS Exchange,
MS Windows, MS SQL, MS SharePoint, MS System Center and its components.
- Hyper-V, VMware (ESXi) /virtualization
- Citrix XenApp Server
- Enterprise Antivirus & Data Backup management as well as SAN
- Experienced in Data Center Operations
- Managing, provisioning, and maintain equipment life cycles
*Supervisory Responsibilities:*
- Manage team, prioritize work, set and measure goals which are in
alignment with corporate strategic goals
- Establish work plans and coordinate priorities with all departments in
accordance with defined work plans
- Interviewing candidates for open positions
- Reviewing employee performance
- Interviewing, Coaching/Mentoring employees and participation in the
termination of employees
- Participate in (and contribute to) regular Manager meetings
- Drive annual planning and budgeting exercises
- Evaluate progress against budget throughout the year for the IT
Infrastructure department
