Workforce Management Manager - requirment
QUALIFICATIONS: 3 - 5 years of experience working in one or more of IT functions - Workforce Management, Demand/Capacity Planning, PMO, Portfolio Management, Financial Management, or Project Management. · Ability to quickly assess the gaps between current state and future state and build tactical as well as strategic solutions to address the need. · Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross functional teams towards action/execution through influence and collaboration. · Results orientated with ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others whilst working to deadlines under pressure. · Analytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends. · Ability to effectively perform in a virtual team environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Word, Advanced Excel, PPT is a must. · Knowledge of Epic (Clarity) or a similar workforce tool preferred. · BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management or related field -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
