*JOB DUTIES* Design, develop, implement and test web components for enterprise apps supporting the Intel's cognitive computing platform. Design, develop, implement security modules supporting platform and apps in that echo system. Triage, debug and resolve the issues reported by customer and internal QA team. Analyze and solve performance and security related issues in the applications. Collaborate with other teams including engineering, post sales support and business. Collaborate with QA team in automation process on need basis. Produce documentation and artifacts necessary in accordance with the existing processes for collaborating with QA, post sales and business teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of products, process and team by active evaluations and feedback. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of relevant software development experience, building enterprise software products or web applications, producing design and technical artifacts, planning and executing the development projects. Additional Qualifications: You should have at least 5+ years of experience in the following: Design and development of web and business components for Service Oriented Architecture on J2EE environment. Solid Development experience on Grails, Java, Python, Linux shell scripting, MySQL or any other databases. Experience industry standard IDE, version control and development tools. Sound knowledge and utilization of design patterns and open source frameworks. Sound knowledge on product and applications security. Experience on scaling and performance optimization of distributed systems. Triaging and Solving problems in distributed systems in integrated release and production environments including functionality, performance and scaling bottlenecks. Communication, interpersonal skills to working with different teams: dev/QA/post sales/product users/customers. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with machine learning.
