(Name of team, size of team, etc.) *What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?* (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) - Assess, interpret, and document customer needs and business requirements. - Work with the development staff to translate business requirements to technical requirements. - Assess and document data transaction requirements and interactions between applications and backend systems. - Create technical documentation, and conduct document walk-throughs. *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?* - 2 years of System Analysis experience. - Experience with SDLC practices. - 2 years of experience working with Contact Center Applications. - Knowledge/understanding of databases, and ability to perform basic SQL queries. - Experience with Web Services. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook). - High School Diploma/GED 3 years System Analysis experience OR Bachelor's Degree. - Strong written and verbal communication skills ? must be able to articulate system requirements to stakeholders. *What skills/attributes are a must have?* - Experience with Web Service development tools. - Project Management experience. - Self-starter ? must be able to able to work under limited direction in a complex environment.
