*Title:** UX Designer * *Location : **Minneapolis , MN* *Duration: Long Term* *Max Rate $48/hr/c2c* *Need minimum 8 years exp* *Responsibilities and requirements: * • Create low-fidelity mockups that explain concepts to stake-holders and other team members • Create clickable and functional wire-frames that can be user tested or explain functionality • Design and create high-fidelity comps that work within brand guidelines and maintain high aesthetic value • Design of useful, usable, and desirable systems and products for end consumers and sales agents. This includes working closely with product managers, web developers, and engineers to realize the design. • Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. • Apply User Interface design principles in creating, intuitive and engaging designs • Plan and propose innovative solutions for a wide variety of user experience challenges including, but not limited to: mobile web, desktop web, and native apps • Use user data, analytics and business requirements to assist in developing use stories and high-level requirements. • Participate in A/B testing strategies, implementation, and analysis. • Aid in user testing and research. • Provide art direction and/or define the visual language for NRT web and software applications. • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications. • Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and NRT executives for review and feedback. • Contribute to the group’s shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies. • Work closely with engineering to champion design at every step • Knowledge of industry standard graphics design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and wire-framing tools • Participate in all stages of the Web development life cycle from initial concept, gathering requirements, and conducting stakeholder interviews to design, development, and deployment. • Effectively communicate with users, both internal and external, at all levels from the basic user to the executive leadership. *Required* • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 3+ years equivalent professional experience designing customer-facing websites and working with external customers • Deep portfolio of exceptional work showcasing research and insights projects that resulted in measurable improvements and innovation in the digital and mobile space. • 3+ years creating low/high fidelity mockup and comps. • 1+ year experience working with agile development groups and an understanding of agile methodologies. *Other Qualifications* • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles. • Skilled communicator who can influence key stakeholders and senior management • Experience managing resources, and negotiating workloads and schedules with internal customers • Experience with Front-End development and communication • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Optimizely. • Demonstrated ability to work in agile mode delivering high quality visuals iteratively and rapidly • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Proven track record of setting and meeting expectations, providing leadership, collaborating across disciplines, and overcoming roadblocks. • Detail-oriented nature that provides the ability to track, organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a service-centered focus. • Tools?
