Includes: o Assess current deployment of the toolset o Drive improvements o Re-architect or replace with different solution o Automation solutions • Responsible for PDLC for each application which includes: o Product evaluation o POC/Validation o Training plan / operational readiness documentation o Deploy to QA and test o Develop Product Roadmap *Requirement:* Candidate should have experience with deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and upgrading IBM Tivoli monitoring suite expertise in Onmibus, Netcool and ITM/APM agents. Additional experience with non-IBM monitoring is a plus.
