* IBM WebSphere Commerce:*
· Requirements documentation and preparing the Technical Architect
document, modeling the Use Cases and sequence diagrams using
RationalRose'98, Poseidon tools Perform technical lead role for on-Demand
e-Business/e-Commerce and infrastructure solutions.
· Develop technical solutions, tactical & strategic plans, system
definition & feasible architectures.
· Understand all elements to architect, design, build, test,
operate and maintain complex systems using IBM WebSphere solutions.
· Full development lifecycle experience -- from architecture
through test and deployment, Java and J2EE development, OO design and
programming.
· Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, Architecting
Integration Solutions RAD or WID,SOA, Web services, messaging, J2EE, Web
sphere security.
*Java-J2EE:*
· Should be aware of the fundamentals and basics on J2EE Overview,
Architecture, Components, Clients, and Containers, Technologies (overview
of HTML, JavaScript, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Struts, XML, EJB.), Request
handling and coding knowledge. Should understand - what is unit testing
(Screen testing, Class testing etc. what to use when)
*Commerce Portals*
· Certified and should have min of 3 year of experience on Commerce
Portal.
· Should have participated in Design Analysis & validating the
requirements - Gap Analysis Responsibilities to carry out support in a live
and test environment, administration.
*Automation Tester with Selenium *
*Santa Monica - CA / Bellevue - Washington*
*3 month’s (extendable)*
*Mandatory Skills:* Selenium Test Automation, Web Testing, Application
Testing.
*Desirable Skills:* Test Automation.

*Test Automation:*
· Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the
various automation tools.
· Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client.
· Should be capable to create the required automation framework to
the client.
*Web Testing:*
· Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design
positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls,
cookies etc.
*Application Testing:*
· Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like
Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be
capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
· Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix,
and Orthogonal Array Tool.
· Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis
effectively with DFA tool.
