- SCRUM MASTER-NC-12 months contract. - 9+ years of experience, as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Technical Lead, working with technical teams developing B/OSS (or) eCommerce portal applications for Telecom Communication Service Providers. - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Leader, Project/Program Manager. - Exceptional knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices. - Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, practices and hands-on experience in using multiple ALM tools. - Experience in coaching own team’s Product Owner and Scrum Team members on Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency using Scrum practices. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, PSM II)
