You will work with the Marketing team to guide marketing decisions based on your analyses and insights *The organization: Customer Analytics* The Customer Analytics team is central to every business line and functional organization at the company. It is a team composed of engineers, statisticians and business analysts. The team influences strategy and tactics of product roadmap and engineering; organizes and monitors marketing and promotion efforts; engages with financial planners; and is responsible for key aspects of business operations. *Responsibilities:* · Evaluate marketing performance by using conversion funnel data and multi-channel attribution models to identify opportunities to improve conversion. · Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed, to evaluate marketing performance. · Support in designing experiments to test the validity of hypotheses around conversion strategy. · Build marketing dashboards to track performance. *Requirements:* · 3-5 years previous marketing analytics experience required. · Marketing analytics skills: · Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or others. · In-depth knowledge of multi-channel attribution platforms (Convertro, VisualIQ, Adometry or Adobe Data Workbench). · Analytical skills: · Fluent in SQL and familiarity with Excel for data manipulation; comfortable using various data access tools. · Strong experience with languages such as: Python and/or R. · Advanced understanding of statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis). · Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, and segmentation analysis · Experience creating dashboard and key metrics.
