Position – IT Program Manager Location –Dearborn, MI Duration – 6 + Months *Job Description :-* *Job Summary:* The IT Program Manager will be responsible for managing 7 project work streams including: · Content and Digital Asset Management Systems development · Web Service Integration platform · Application decommission · Test Management · Application Onboarding and Cutover *Essential Job Functions:* · Lead IT implementation across stakeholders and IT teams · Provide program management and integration management across project workstreams within the Ford Marketing and Digital Sales space · Collaborate with FordDirect Business, Technology, Service Providers and Partners, Ford IT and Business teams to prepare an integrated project plan and execute it on time and budget · Engagement in Ford IT PMO processes to ensure proper principles and communication · Coordinate with client on program progress and work stream deliverables · Facilitate program status meetings with Ford business, partners, and other vendors working in Ford Digital space · Identify and monitor project risks and communicate those risks on regular basis to project leadership team *Other* · Mentor and coach project managers in PM processes *Responsibilities: * · Execute initiate, plan, execute, control, monitor and close processes across program and projects · Safeguard the company’s assets. · Adhere to the company’s compliance program. · Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices. · Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth. *Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: * · Minimum 3 years experience in IT Program Management · Must have at least 10 years of multi-disciplined IT project management experience. · PMP Certification required · Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Information Systems · 3 years experience in web application development · Digital marketing experience preferred · Must have experience working with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project · Strong communication and facilitation skills · Understanding of Project Management methodologies and have ability to prioritize issues with business effectively · Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary *Thanks & Regards* *Saurabh Sharma* *Enterprise Infionics Inc* Houston, Texas T: 281 954 5503 Email: saur...@e-infionics.com <raj...@e-infionics.com> | saurabhsysmind...@gmail.com Web: www.e-infionics.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
