Responsibilities: • Managing the EM7 ticketing tool ( assigning tickets, updating templates, and triaging ) • Firewall Rule addition, deletion and modification • NAT rule addition, deletion and modification on Firewall • Site to Site VPN tunnel creation, deletion and modification on Firewall • Remote site VPN creation and VPN user addition on Firewall and ASR routers • Pool member addition, VIP creation & deletion and route addition on F5 load balancers modification • DE provisioning template preparation • DE provisioning the customer environment after QA approval • IP allocation and deallocation on DNS infoblox • MOP creation and execution • Coordinating and creating ticket with third party service provider for circuit issues • Joining the MOP review call and helping the onsite team for MOP execution based on the need of onsite team. • Providing read only access for customer managed devices as per the need of customer Ram, ram.r...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
