( WAS to JBOSS) • Should have knowledge in setting of Load balancing strategy for application based on the requirement. • Provide guidance on capacity planning on VM designing for middleware applications. • Should be well versed with tuning of JBOSS for optimal performance and ensuring expected performance results for Web services. • Knowledge of Cloud environments is mandatory. • Should have experience in designing of Web Services and hands-on with Java/J2EE and Spring Framework and preferably in using WESB. • Should have experience on planning and leading the Code move to higher regions • Should have excellent communication skills • Should have experience in working with offshore-onshore working model • Experience with banking projects is a plus.
