*Responsibilities:*


   - Keep current on patches and releases related to enterprise management
   tools; review release notes; track resolutions to existing software
   problems; recommend updates to install
   - Support the Incident Management processes and specific incident
   activities by performing troubleshooting; noting trends, and assisting the
   problem management team by providing data used for root cause analysis and
   corrective actions
   - Aid in the research, design and deployment of new monitoring
   technologies
   - Monitor the performance, system utilization, and participate in
   activities related to growth analysis and capacity planning
   - Improve existing monitoring processes and identify areas and gaps
   needing process definition
   - Create, Maintain, and Review system and process documentation
   - Create and maintain application integrations
   - Automate processes, reducing the amount of time spent on day-to-day
   issues or manual overhead
   - Identify improvements and efficiencies in the areas of on call
   support, notifications, and escalations.
   - Deploy policies and other monitoring components into the production
   environment
   - Recognize recurring problems in the monitoring infrastructure and
   initiate corrective action


5+ years’ experience with Solarwinds NPM and APM
5+ years’ experience with Client Sitescope and BTO (Business Technology
Optimization) Software (Formerly known as OpenView).
NAGIOS, PRTG, and (SPLUNK) experience a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field; or equivalent amount of education and experience
