- BUSINESS ANALYST-NJ - - 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Lead in a mid-large corporate environment. - Experience with modeling techniques, including business process flows, workflow, use cases, and user stories and policy exceptions handling. - Knowledge of the Microsoft IT landscape (Office, Project, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.) - Experience modifying and creating custom reports using Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Microsoft Office preferred. - Working knowledge of: Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems; basic business principals including accounting, business workflow (approvals) and department functions (HR, Accounting, IT, Risk Management, etc.) - Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
