Job Title: SAP Architect Location: Skillman, NJ - Skillman, New Brunswick Duration: 3 months Rate: Open The SAP Architect Consultant is required to assist with the planning phase of a global finance system implementation and will work with the Global Finance Standardization Teams for GFS In-Scope Processes, Third Party Processes, Reporting and Master Data, in the review, analysis and summarization of business and system process data collected by the Global Finance Standardization Go Forward project team. The focus of this data is to define the processes to be standardized and supported by client's effort to move certain financial processes to a shared service center environment, and the architecture to support those processes. More specifically the GFS process areas of record to report, invoice to cash, procurement to payment and treasury will be in scope. These will interact with Third Party Processes for Supply Chain, Order to Invoice, HR and R&D. The consultant will provide expertise on the best practices in designing SAP Financial systems and their integration to separate SAP Supply Chain and OTC systems to support the Global Finance Standard processes. The consultant will also help to create various architecture artifacts to support the team recommendation for the GFS architecture. Much of the analysis and documentation will require cross team integration and collaboration as well as an appreciation for providing global solutions and opinions on process and system functionality. Upon completion of the data collection phase, the project team and the consultant will identify areas where the current SAP financial system and other client Supply Chain and OTC systems may require changes or enhancements to better match relevant business needs and requirements to support standard finance processes. Required Skills: Some of the the deliverables of the project team that the consultant will be part of area as follows: • A comprehensive set of architecture artifacts to support the architecture recommendation, including: 1. High-level current state processes and systems 2. Current state data model, including master data 3. Current state roadmap for GFS and J&J Group (Pharma, MD&D, Consumer) Projects 4. High-level future state processes and application architecture 5. High-level future state data model, including master data and key reporting data for standardized reports 6.
