Job Title: Sr. Web Developer with Flash Developer experience
Location: Eagan, Minnesota

Primary Responsibilities
- Given business requirements for new features and changes, the developer
is responsible for design and implementation of changes to the *Flash
test taking software applications. (Flash, Actionscript, mProjector)* **
- Provide new methods of traversing through the test taking experience
via alternate question sets, etc.
- Implement changes to the user interface to better support inherent
features in Flash. Modify scrolling, user visual experience and other
items.
- Create and update charting and graphing of test results
- Develop solutions for better alignment of test taking results
between locally installed versions and web based versions of test taking
software
- Update the web based administrative utility that manages the
question/answer content. *(ASP.NET)* **
- Re-architect the management and storage of questions, answers and
discussion text to more easily support expansion of more products.
- Implement changes to the user interface for a more intuitive
administrator experience
Requirements
- Strong *Adobe Flash* development experience required
- Strong *Actionscript 2.0* development experience required
- Experience with *mProjector *preferred
- *ASP.NET* development experience required
- Database structures and development database interaction skills
preferred
- *Web services* experience required
- *XML e*xperience required
- *Object Oriented programming* experience required
