Position: *SAP CRM Consultant (1 position)* Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12-18months Create and set up Knowledge Bases in CRM system (for Internal and External uses) Create data and create symptom and solutions for KB and attachments Develop and create scripts to be used by in system for users Develop and create surveys in CRM web UI Activity management bill Install base management – capture and input additional data and check to insure equipment records from Legacy and R/3 are correctly populated and additional iObjects are associated with records. Assist in CRM configuration – IC Web client, Web UI, Field Service and E-Service (ICSS web sites for NECAM – UCPLive and NECAM.com Maintain organizational structure for NECAM services Assist with master data management Warranty and contract assistance Assist with Field service Please let me know if you have any available consultant for this position or revert to me with your updated resume along with your best Rate.
