This position is responsible for interfacing with business partners, process engineering, IT development, E-Sales and Servicing, Tier 2 Suppliers, and Customers to define and document business requirements, and enhance the systems and tools capabilities to meet the requirements in the contract. The incumbent will be required to define and document business requirements (Scope and JRD), develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, User Certification Test (UCT) plans, perform testing, and execute system releases in support of large Customer deals in accordance with the Corporate Process Framework.
