*Responsibilities:*



* Design, programming, unit testing and deployment of applications using the
Microsoft .Net application environment.



*Work closely with the application development teams and operations to
perform analysis and provide solutions to technical issues related to
application design and deployment. Provide technical leadership to the team.



*Work with Business Analyst, Application Architect, Data Architect, and
Project Manager to estimate work.



*Work with testing resources to effectively test code and resolve issues.



*Assist with documenting requirements (or other project documentation) as
needed; includes collaborative meetings with customers.

*Required skills:*



Technical Skills



1) Developer-.NET C# - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.

Experience with .Net framework technologies 2.0 or above. Experience with
UML, object oriented design and development.



2) Lead Developer - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.

Experience leading development of n-tier distributed systems using .Net.
Expert in implementation of development best practices (e.g. build
management, source control, design/code reviews, unit testing); experience
w/Team Foundation Server preferred.



3) Database skills - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.

Understanding of relational database concepts and experience using SQL
(Oracle or SQL Server preferred).

*General Required Skills:*

1) Strong problem solving & analytical skills for Client/Server & web-based
applications. Must demonstrate effective organizational skills, demonstrated
by ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and
be attentive to detail.



2) Minimum 8 years software development experience with some technical lead
experience in Microsoft development technologies. Including experience with
full life-cycle system delivery methodologies, PM concepts and basic IT
principles.



3) Must be a self-starter, work well in a team environment, and be able to
work with minimal direction. Must display flexibility and initiative.
Ability to quickly learn multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment.



4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate
at multiple levels, including: programmers, non-technical project managers,
business analysts, and customers. Capable of transferring knowledge to
existing staff.



5) Experienced in developing and supporting large scale, corporate business
applications. Analysis and design skills for multi-platform applications
(web based, client server).









*Desired Skills:*



1) Project Coordinator - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.

Experience leading and mentoring of developers. Familiarity with iterative
SDLC (e.g., RUP, Agile).



2) Familiarity with unit testing using NUnit. - Intermediate with 2 year(s)
experience.



3) Ability to troubleshoot errors on multiple platforms. - Intermediate with
3 year(s) experience.



4) Development experience with .NET VB - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.

Development experience with these tools could be beneficial with some
applications in the AB environment.
