Job Title : Java Developer with Groovy experience Duration: 3+ Months Location: Wilmington, DE *Additional Skills:* · Minimum 5-7 years of Application Development work experience · Solid coding, testing and debugging skills, good design experience · Client server / n-tier environment and Object Oriented experience · Solid experience in Java/J2EE, JSP, Groovy, XML, WSDL · Experience in Websphere, DB2, Struts · Working knowledge of RAD · Experience in Ruby, IBM Z/OS, iBATIS, MQ messaging using JMS, JACL toolkit and Ant would be a plus · Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures *Roles and Responsibilities:* · Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. · May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. · Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. · Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
