Candidate should have an *advanced understanding* of architecture and design related to a complex enterprise voice network. The primary focus will be *upgrading legacy voice systems to IP enabled Avaya systems*. Various areas of responsibility include the following: Upgrading legacy Avaya, NEC, and Redcom PBXs to Avaya and Cisco VoIP enabled systems. Implement centralized voice mail for the enterprise. Optimize voice routing across the network.
