*Position: Oracle Discoverer Consultant.
Duration: 12 Months.
Location: Holyoke, MA.
Description:*
One of our client is in need of Sr. Oracle Discoverer Consultant with good
experience in Oracle database and should have heavy reports experience using
discoverer, SQL, Pl/SQL.
- Minimum of 5 years development experience in Oracle and SQL
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reports development involving complex
SQL
- Must have experience in working with business users.
- Experience in Oracle Discoverer is highly desirable
- Experience in data modeling and design is desirable
- Gather the requirements from business users for their Discoverer and
adhoc reporting needs.
- Analyze the requirements and design of the Discoverer views and folders
to meet the requirements.
- Development and testing of the Discoverer folders/views.
- Setup and prepare the product test environment for business users.
- Plan and migrate the Discoverer folders to production.
- Review and update the documentation supporting the Discoverer
environment.
- Knowledge transfer to the in-house Data Architects.
