Bachelor's Degree. · Excellent oral, and technical writing skills. · Awareness of regulatory requirements for financial institutions in USA and Canada. · In depth knowledge of Access controls; Authentication and Authorization methods in operating systems, file systems and applications. · Experience with at least three of; Network, Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Secure Coding, Sensitive Information Handling. · Experience with Information Security Frameworks; Writing Security Policies, Security Planning, Security in Software Development Lifecycle, Information Security Incident Response. · Experience with the implementation of encryption. · Working knowledge with Unix, NT, ACF2. · Functional knowledge of J2EE architecture. Excellent Technical writing skills Pereferred: · Job Experience as an Information Security professional with a Financial Institution. · Information Security Certification.
