*Role:*
- Lead the client through the installation and configuration of their
R12 environments
- Well versed with Single Instance EBS R12 instance conversion to RAC with
ASM.
- Understand Storage Technologies and RAID Levels
- Provide assistance with typical DBA tasks (e.g. Quarterly & one off Patch
Analysis, and utilities, cloning, Database/Applications -
patching) - Provide and recommend best practices
- Document R12 configuration and installation
- R12 Application & Database 10gR2 Performance Tuning
- Understand the EBS R12 Architecture
- EBS Production support experience, DB/Application clinging and OEM are
desirable.
- Day to day client support for code/bug fixes.
- Knowledge of handling Oracle support service request.
- Experience with applying HR Global patches and updates.
*Skill Set Required:*
- Implementation experience with R12 Installation and RAC/ASM
- Knowledge of Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 (64Bit) OS
- Familiarity with HP BL460c/680 servers
- RMAN, PCP Configuration with Hardware Loading Balancing
- Unix/Linux Shell scripting
- Familiar with following modules (Financials, SCM, HR, Payroll)
NOTE: Solid Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters ) experience required
Oracle R12 Implementation/Upgrade experience required
