The abilities to "hear the voice of the customer" and to elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and manage requirements are key. 2b. Good documentation and writing skills are important. 3. In the role of requirements analyst, for a particular project we would expect the person to perform a lead role in development of a business requirements document (or a product vision and project scope document), a use case document, and a software requirements specification. 4. In the role of software developer, we would expect the person to develop a corresponding software design document. 5. In the role of software developer, we would expect the person to develop and to test a .Net application using most likely VB.NET and an Oracle relational database. 5a. Skills and experience with .NET technologies (preferably VB.NET) and Oracle relational databases are requirements. 6. Good interpersonal and communications skills are requirements. Positive attitude, high-energy level, demonstrated ability to work effectively as a project team member, and ability to work and produce quality results in a timely manner and with minimum of supervision are all important. 7. Demonstrated track record of accomplishment with .NET technologies and relational database development are important.
