Job Title: iWealth Project Manager Location: NewYork Duration: 12+ months *Locals* *F2F* The iWealth Project Manager (PM) will be primarily responsible for defining the goals and requirements of one or more operational *projects*, working across internal and external client groups, establishing and monitoring project plans, schedule, and deliverables, driving communication and teamwork, and facilitating internal conversations to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget. The PM will be required to provide the leadership, interpersonal, and management skills necessary to ensure the success of the project and will perform the following key activities, across individual or multiple projects: · Perform the roles of project manager - maintain the master project plan, manage project scope and client expectations, and function as a liaison between internal/external clients and project teams · Run stream, peer, and higher level project team meetings on a regular basis, facilitating effective meetings with agendas sent out prior to meetings and concise minutes and action items published soon after. · Flexible to adapt, manage, and transition to change. Required Experience / Qualifications The ideal candidate is someone who has: · Five + years of project management experience in all phases of development life cycle of medium to large sized business systems. · Application and understanding of structured development methodology and enterprise software deployments · Experience managing projects or direct interface with Web development using Microsoft technologies (ASP, C# and .NET) preferred · Excellent project management skills, including being detail-oriented and patience leading a diverse team. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. · Strong skills in analysis and presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Project · Must be a team player with excellent customer interface skills. · Legal right to work in the United States. · Experience in a financial services enterprise is a plus. · Strong client, interpersonal, and team lead skills · Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis · Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical specifications, problems and concepts · Great decision making, organizational planning skills and customer interaction experience · Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture Travel requirements: travel is expected to be less than 15% -- Thanks & Regards.
