All folks MUST HAVE all the REQUIRED skills (i.e., Spring) on each position. 2. 4 Year Degrees is a must 3. Master's Degree is a plus. 4. Sun Certified for Java req is a plus. 5. 5 Years US Experience a must on all positions. 6. The least amount of job changes the better. 7. Junit for Java req is a must 8.
