Remedy ARS Developer needed to:
a.. Enhance both applications (Support and Workflow)
b.. Fix known issues
c.. Review the architecture/design and suggest improvements
d.. Build additional workflows
e.. Document existing solution
f.. Train internal developers on how to support the existing solution
g.. Must have experience in 24x7 operations
Remedy is used for external customer support and internal workflow
applications. Both are built using ARS (not the BMC/Remedy Service modules).
