*Note : Consider only the matching profiles .... * *The Job Description is as follows: Responsibility *: The ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team (engineers, testers, business people), work in a decentralized/self-organizing management structure, be peer-motivated, understand software architecture documents, communicate clearly with others (verbal and written, formally and informally), be flexible in responding to a changing business environment and changing business requirements. The engineer will be writing production software and all related automated unit tests using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft Team Foundation Server and related tools. The applicant must be capable of working in a continuous integration environment with frequent, automated builds and an automated test suite. *Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in WCF*, must exhibit leadership qualities. Should be in a position to guide the team on technology challenges. Knowledge/Skillset C#, Microsoft .NET Framework *3.5 (WCF, WPF and WF competence is crucial),*Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Team Edition, strong background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), automated Unit Tests (ideally with VS 2008 but nUnit or similar also acceptable), Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, familiarity with Microsoft Reporting Services and Analysis Services is a plus, experience with Agile Software Development practices is also desirable.
