Job Title :Application Administrator Location : Middletown NJ Duration : 24 Months Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) Problem root cause analysis; ad hoc report and data generation; web site administration; IP, IPFR, xVPN, Frame Relay and ATM provisioning error reconciliation and trouble routing and escalation; system engineering and enhancement consultation; system testing consultation; application upgrade sanity checking and sign-off. Individual must be an EXPERIENCED and EXPERT Tier3/Tier4 applications trouble shooter with demonstrated experience in support of distributed Unix applications with web user interfaces. High level of competence with ORACLE databases and complex queries and data manipulation is required. Understanding of IP and Internet connectivity is required. Application support and user interaction experience is required. Position is very teamwork oriented. Requires much interaction and coordination with other support engineers, systems engineers, developers, project managers, system testers, process engineers, and end users in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be a strong team player with well developed interpersonal and team skills. Excellent communications skills and strong initiative are essential.
