Do send me the detailt to [email protected] Job Title : Business System Analyst Location : Annapolis MD Duration : 12 Months (Contrac to Hire) *Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?)* *Synopsis: * Candidate will have advanced knowledge of all core Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) features including instant messaging, presence, remote access, federation configuration, high availability, disaster recovery, Enterprise Voice, PBX integration, SIP trunking and/or third party audio, web, and video conferencing solutions and their interfaces to OCS. *Core Job Responsibilities:* · Applies knowledge and previous experience in Unified Communications areas to lead OCS requirement analysis, design and architecture in the planning stages of a project. · Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of all OCS server roles and related technologies. · Assist with migration of users in support of a fully managed hosted service offering. · Contributes significantly in a research role, with some direct client interface, to the development, review and presentation of product capability, best practices, proposals, implementation and support services, project planning, and risk mitigation · Presales: Facilitates customer presentations and requirements gathering *Secondary Job Responsibilities: * · Stay current with new conferencing/collaboration technologies and architectures · Review and analyze detailed project documentation and requirements documentation to ensure the solution meets clients’ needs. · Analyze and interpret data captures/logs, process output, and technical information to perform troubleshooting of lab or production environments. · Apply good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks at the same time *Required Skills: * · Ability to design, implement, and manage VoIP solutions, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging, Office Communications Server 2007 (OCS), and Windows Server 2003. · Has participated in one or more basic OCS 2007 consulting, implementation, and/or migration projects. · Candidates should have a good technical background with 2+ years of Industry experience in Microsoft OCS and/or LCS and additional years of experience in messaging. · At least 3 years of direct client facing consulting experience · Strong Technical background in the area of Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange messaging, networking, storage, and Windows server. · Demonstrated ability to problem solve, identify alternative solutions, and communicate best practices · Good written and verbal communication - a writing sample is required · Experience with OCS R1; familiarity with OCS R2 *Desired Skills: * · A BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and MCSE preferred. · Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft’s messaging and collaboration products, including Exchange Unified Messaging. · The ideal candidate will have consulting, implementation, and migration skills as part of Application Hosting, Application Service Provider services, and Managed Service offerings. · Experience with OCS R2 · Experience with PBXs and other telecommunications provider solutions is desired. · Strong research skills · Good interpersonal skills in working with others · Good presentation and communications skills *Skills Inventory * Skill Experience Need 1) Microsoft OCS 2007 Intermediate Required 2) Microsoft OCS 2007, R2 Entry Level Required 3) Microsoft Active Directory Intermediate Required 4) Microsoft Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging Entry Level Desired 5) Microsoft SQL Server Entry Level Desired 6) Microsoft SCOM Entry Level Desired 7) Microsoft Windows 2003 Intermediate Desired 8) NET/Quintum VX Gateways Entry Level Desired 9) F5 Load Balancers Entry Level Desired Regards Lawkesh 973-598-3992 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oracle" group.
