Position: SYSTEM & BUSINESS ANALYST RATE: 40-42$/hr MAX This is a 2 yr contract thru 4/9/11 - must be local or able to interview in person....no telephone interviews..... Location Bedminster, NJ or Middletown, NJ Description: Candidate must be experienced in leading requirements definition with users. Candidate needs to serve as technical lead for multiple systems as they produce software business requirements and develop software in an accelerated mode. Produce documentation per AT&T IT/UP process, therefore prior AT&T experience desired. Requires superior communication and presentation skills. Must be an expert in MS Excel/ Power point. Candidate will be responsible for supporting collaborative requirement sessions, requirement traceability and implement innovative tools and techniques to improve software quality and reduce the Service Delivery cycle-time. Candidate must have good technical and project management skill. The candidate will work with subject matter experts to define business requirements and oversee the development of system requirements.
