Phael e Sharif, tentei o comando abaixo e so funcionou quando coloquei o parametro de maxclients. Segue o comando abaixo - vmtune -p15 -P30 -t30
Minha maquina melhorou bastante a performance. Ja nao esta mais tento pontos de travamento. Estarei fazendo as alterações que o Chiappa me comentou para que eu consiga o maximo de performance.
