Boa tarde, O enterprise manager é uma aplicação em java que roda em cima do oc4j e não depende de timezone do SGBD, ou seja, é uma configuração a parte. Dê uma googlada ou RTFM ... eu lembro que você tem que alterar uma properties, mas não lembro qual é.
