[oracle_br] Problema ao inicar banco e tablespace system

oi ao dar start no meu banco ta dando erro=
        ORA-01589: must use RESETLOGS or NORESETLOGS option for database open

ai no rman executei o backup=
      run {
  allocate channel t1 type disk;
  backup
    format '/hd2/oracle/%d_t%t_s%s_p%p'
      (database);
   release channel t1;
}
listou input datafile fno=00001 que eh o system
select status , tablespace_time from v$datafile_header;
ONLINE      SYSTEM
agora nao sei o que fazer, pois eu nao tenho outros backup como o de cima.
