A carga é realizada através de QUERY(JOINs) e inseridos em tabelas(físicas), que se encontra na mesma instância.
Quanto ao SQLDR(sql loader), neste momento é praticamente impossível neste momento. O script é executado diretamente no servidor, acessando-o através do SQLPlus (@carga.sql).
