O node do cliente caiu por causa desse problema: Linux: Node Reboots After "kernel: INFO: task ocssd.bin:<pid> blocked for more than 120 seconds." in /var/log/messages (Doc ID 1423693.1) E é um problema de o.s., conforme descrito na nota. Achei no blog de um vivente: http://blog.ronnyegner-consulting.de/2011/10/13/info-task-blocked-for-more-than-120-seconds/ Informações interessantes de como ele resolveu.
