POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS: · BA/BS degree with two to four years of relevant experience. · Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution Plan record-keeping (401(k) · Background in accounting 401(k) record-keeping. · Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products. · Ability / experience writing systems / program specifications and control procedures. · Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
