REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * Proficient in gathering and developing business requirements * Proficient in Visual Basic for Access and Attachmate's Extra.exe (part of my EXTRA! Enterprise) * Can effectively identify and/or analyze business problems * Able to define user readable dashboards, preferably in Cognos, that enables drill-down functionality. * Can develop designs that balance the complexity of the solution (e.g... drill down functionality) with the desired project scope and business need. * Able to scale conceptual designs from temporary, simple (fast) solutions to more complex. * Able to develop detailed process flows and desk procedures. Understands the key components of every process, and can write desk level execution procedures * Can prototype, mock-up, and create development ready client-side code for applications * Experienced in developing standards, policies, procedures related to the business solution * Understands SQL Server database structures and their relationship to the VBA front-end * Experience in using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) for exchanging and manipulating files over a computer network.
