Position: *IT Project Manager* Work Location : *Houston,US* Project Duration: *6+ Months * Job Profile The Project Manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or*cross-functional * teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. They will plan and direct schedules, monitor budget/spending, as well as the project from initiation through delivery. The Project Manager organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position is characterized by its management of specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. The candidate must have the technical background and experience required to interact directly with engineers and management. It is not expected that this person will be deep in every facet of technology, but they must have worked across the systems development life cycle and technology layers. This person should have served in roles designing and developing applications. The candidate also must have experience and a leadership perspective on establishing and constantly improving upon a global delivery model for IT applications and infrastructure projects. They will provide program management expertise and leadership in the execution of complex IT application and infrastructure projects. This person will also establish program/project management principles, processes and artifacts as it relates to systems development in a global development environment.
