The Contractor will develop a solution that meets the following
requirements:
· Provide a methodology that local agencies will use to submit GIS
data to SCDOT.
· Automatic notifications to SCDOT staff that new data has been
uploaded.
· Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) process to identify
non-compliance with SCDOT’s GIS and RIMS applications.
· Generate error reports to document data discrepancies.
· Data formatting and uploading processes for incorporation into
SCDOT’s GIS and RIMS applications.
· GIS Application and Web Interface Development skills required
Experience using GIS/GeoMedia, VB.net and Oracle
Currently using GIS/GeoMedia, VB.net and Oracle for 2 years or more
Experience developing enterprise web applications using ASP/ASP.Net, MS
SharePoint, UML,
SOAP, AJAX and IIS Administration*
