*Role: BizTalk Developer** * *Duration: 1 year* *Loc: Tallahassee, FL*** *Client: State Government of Florida * ***COBOL knowledge is a PLUS!!! The awarded BizTalk developers must have proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft BizTalk 2006 R2 and/or 2009. The awarded developers shall work with the agency's team to ensure implemented solutions meet system requirements and are completed on schedule, on budget, and to the level of quality required by the client. Please note the following: ***Consultant will be required to submit a fingerprint background check with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. ***Two verifiable (Supervisors) references are needed. The references will be contacted prior to submitting to client so correct contact information is necessary. Must include reference's contact info (Email, phone, Current company and title) & project info (Project description and your role in the project) ***Skills matrix required - Please read the Qualifications section below and for each item listed indicate the number of years of experience you have. Developers responsibilities: 1. Report to the Contract Manager and the Architect assigned to the project. 2. Mentor/Coach Department staff in the use of BizTalk, .NET, Visual Studio and SQL Server. 3. Develop and/or modify project and technical documentation as required. 4. Develop, test & maintain new BizTalk applications that meet the needs of defined business requirements and technical specifications. 5. Offer recommendations of process improvements where applicable.
