Position: *Project Manager (J2EE)* Duration: 8+ months Location: West Chester, PA. Rate: *$40\hr Max (No Negotiation)* * * Our client has an onsite requirement for a Java/J2EE PM in West Chester, PA. Scope of Work:** Patni’s consultant will be a development project lead and manage the development team (consisting of Patni and non-Patni resources) for the ezManager application and reports. This resource will work on both the current ezManager project as well as the next planned release. The consultant will be the central point of contact for the development work, assigning tasks to the developers and providing development status to the project team. In addition, the consultant will monitor the quality of the work, provide technical direction and ensure that project timelines are met. The consultant will also create project documentation. The fixes need to be operational on both Windows and Macintosh platforms. The consultant will be responsible for providing the fix details for each build at the time that the build is delivered. Deliverables:** · Weekly status reports documenting progress against project milestones and the number of anomalies fixed. · Manage completion of anomalies assigned to each build. · Assign development work to team of developers and monitor progress against timeline. · Deliver fixed anomalies that are verified by the testing team without being reopened. · Detailed documentation of anomaly fixes at the time of each build. · Project documentation following the Animas format, including both unit testing and development documentation. · The source code will be maintained in the VSS. Planned builds are carried out from the VSS and handed over for testing to the V&V team.
