Back fill very urgent need a consultant Immediately Job Title : Hperion Consultant Location : NASHVILLE, TN Duration : 6 Month Perfect comm skills 10+ year experience with hyperion Previous experience implementing Workforce planning Backend Hyperion Planning 9.3.1 experience/knowledge (Essbase Block Storage applications) Experience creating automated solutions flowing data from source system (PeopleSoft HR) to Workforce to multiple Hyperion Planning databases Experience managing a large and diverse population of Contractor employee types within Workforce (employee base consists of contractors onshore and offshore, that must considered in Workforce) Experience custom coding Workforce solution as needed (off the shelf product is based on 12 month forecast cycle, calculations only support one year, we require minimum 24 month forecast cycle that will require modifications to the product) Hands on, interactive individual capable of providing detailed and thorough knowledge exchange during the build and implementation periods. Experience with ODI and DRM functionality Preferred: Experience with PeopleSoft HR - This is the source data system that will feed detailed employee data into Workforce planning Experience with Clarity.
