*Required* We are looking for a Senior QA Manager Role. This person should have at least 10-15 years of experience in the following 1. Managing and leading QA and Automation Engineers working on multiple projects USING Agile Methodologies. 2. Working experience with Development teams 3. Strategic direction, process improvements, participate in specification and design reviews, test strategy definition, automation of test cases, track software defects etc. 4. Must have experience working for a ISV PRODUCT Company that deals in ENTERPRISE Products. 5. Storage software Product experience is a *plus and not must*. 6. Excellent understanding of QA and SDLC 7. Experience in OO languages like Perl, Java, VBscript 8. Experience with Windows and Unix based OS, web servers, defect tracking tools 9.
